Enjoy the comforts of home @ our 1 bdrm + loft/2 bth condo in the heart of town

Enjoy the comforts of home at our condo in the heart of town. You will enjoy being able to walk, ride a bike, take a shuttle, or drive to nearby stores, restaurants, and ski lodges (Canyon Lodge, Eagle Lodge, and Main Lodge).

The first floor has a living room with a large L-shaped sofa that provides ample seating as you watch TV or sit by the roaring fire. The kitchen has all the amenities you need such as a coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, rice cooker, dishwasher, as well as pots, pans, cups, plates, and utensils.

There is also a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom downstairs.

As you head upstairs to the loft, you will find sleeping accommodations for 4 (2 bunk beds). We also have 2 fold out mats available should you need them. There is also a bathroom upstairs.

There is plenty of parking in the lot in front of the unit.

Comfortable accommodation

Cozy, clean condo with comfortable beds and everything you need. The owner was responsive and provided us with detailed instructions. Conveniently located near Vons, restaurants, and shuttle stop. Only complaint among our group was the loft gets pretty warm despite adjusting the temperature, but would recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

I would return

Overall it was a good experience. There could be a few minor things that would help this stay substantially. The TV system didn't really come with any directions on how to use it. Also, it would be nice to just already have a Netflix and other accounts signed into, where you could just turn it on and start using it. I basically tried to use the TV, but then just gave up and used my laptop. It would be nice to have some directions to use the wood burning fireplace. Also, there was no wood or anything there to burn. When I tried to use it, smoke started to fill up the house. I didn't know how to tell if the flu was open or not. I abandoned it. The only problem was, that when it wasn't in use a lot of cold drafty air was pouring into the condo from the outside, so i had to keep the electric heaters on day and night just to maintain a normal temperature in the condo. I think some attention to detail regarding the wood burning fireplace would help this place a lot. Other than that, it was a nice place. Good location, clean, nothing fancy

Great time, and place, in Mammoth Lake!

This clean, well located condo was the perfect spot for our 4-day stay in Mammoth Lakes. Access to the mountains, village and several points outside of town was excellent, and the well-laid out condo worked well for us to relax at the beginning and end of busy days. Highly recommend taking a look at this one. Plus, the owner was very responsive to questions, which was helpful and appreciated.

Enjoyable 4 days in Mammoth

Great Location to visit Mammoth. Walking distance to markets, stores, resturants and free trolly. The condo is a little dated but it is clean and well appointed. Great for a family of 4/5. Only criticism, you needed a degree in electronics to operate the TV and DVR. The best part are the owners. A couple of phone calls and we got the TV working to our satisfaction. Plus, they went out of their way to solve a finanical concern. Don't hesitate to stay for a week

great condo for skiing

Condo is a great location to get to the slopes-- just walk down the street to the shuttle line and it will take you to eagle lodge. Condo was comfortable and had everything you'd need for a weekend trip. The only bummer is that the wifi didn't work and the jacuzzi was locked one night, but I think that was on the maintenance team.

Close to Vons and Restaurants. Neat and clean with comfortable beds. The 2 full bathrooms made cleaning up very fast. Owners respond to emails quickly and great to work with. Truly great accommodations!

Overall, pleased with our stay. Might tell cleaning crew to step it up a bit - numerous cobwebs on loft. Might also include directions for using Amazon fire stick. Took us a day or so to figure out how it works - might just be us. Thanks.

Small but big enough for all

The condo was very clean and had everything one would need for a vacation. Although there isn't satellite or cable service, the "firestick" was enough. The beds were clean and comfortable. We will definitely look at this unit the next time we go up to Mammoth.

Cozy and comfortable!

Our family had a great time staying here. The condo is very close to the supermarket and local restaurants, and it provided a great base for skiing at Mammoth. We had everything we needed in the condo and our host checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything went well. We really appreciated our time here!
