Completely remodeled Tahoe Cabin with gourmet kitchen, stainless appliances, marble counter, dishwasher and gas cooktop.

Newly renovated bath with radiant floor heat.

Perfect getaway for two adults (please inquire if you are traveling with a child). Bedroom has a large balcony/deck with breathtaking lake view.

We are perfectly located in Carnelian Bay: 5min drive from Tahoe City and 2min to beautiful beach.

Close to the best skiing: Squaw, Alpine, Incline, Northstar..

Private 1 car parking.

This old Tahoe Cabin is attached to our home, we are very quiet and private but definitely happy to answer any questions about the area if you would like information.

Breathtaking Panoramic Lake Tahoe View.

You have access to your entire private Cabin. No areas are "shared". Relax and enjoy your vacation in a very private and peaceful location.

I am always available and happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

Quiet residential area, very close to all main attractions, including Tahoe City, many restaurants, shopping, kayak/bike/paddle board rentals.

IMPORTANT - The transient occupancy tax will be included in your total, you do not have to worry about paying this fee upon arrival or check out.

CANCELATION POLICY: if you are concerned about our strict cancellation policy, please be sure to purchase travel insurance as we will not be offering additional refunds. Airbnb suggests InsureMyTrip and Squaremouth.
This insurance will be helpful in case of weather, fire, pandemics or other circumstances which would cause you to cancel your trip.
We only refund if it is necessary for us to close our Airbnb due to unexpected circumstances. When you sign our Airbnb contract, you acknowledge you have a strict cancellation policy.

COVID: If we are forced to shut our rental due to the COVID outbreak, we will be refunding your stay. However, if Airbnbs in our area are able to operate, no refunds will be given to guests who book after 3/15/2020, this is again, why we suggest purchasing travel insurance. (affordable and piece of mind)

FIRES/SMOKE/AQI: If we are forced to shut our rental/evacuate due to a fire we will be refunding your stay. However, if Airbnbs in our area are able to operate despite fires that are not a danger to our area, poor air quality and smoke, no refunds will be given.
We suggests you pay for travel insurance: InsureMyTrip and Squaremouth and recommended by airbnb.

DATE CHANGES:
All changes between 7 to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 20% fee.
All changes between 3 to 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% fee.
No changes will be accepted within 48 hours of arrival.
No exceptions, thank you for your understanding.
Please contact us first if you must change your dates.

Please let us know if you have any questions, we are happy to go over any house/guest rule with you.

- Quiet hours: 10pm-6am (a fee can apply if these rules are not respected, noise is loud and a neighbor complains)
- Absolutely no smoking or drugs on the property (there will be a $350 deep cleaning fee if guests smoke in the home)

Cabin has amazing views. Kitchen is very nice. Stayed for 5 nights but was only provided 2 bath towels for 2 adults?!? Request for dinner suggestions & extra towels went unanswered. Not as private as we expected- cabin is attached to the main house & although the decks are nice, they overlook the main house windows, so you don’t really feel like you have complete privacy & conversations can be overheard.

This is not a stand alone cabin as listed

This rental is listed as a Cabin and refered to as a cottage both of which are by defination a single dwelling and it was our expectation to have a private experience. This is a two unit dwelling with a common wall with a door with a glass window covered by a curtain on both sides separating the units. It is not a seperate cabin or cottage as listed. We booked for New Year's Day 2022 for 2 nights. We got engaged eallier in the day so this was to be a very speical weekend. This was not a private experience. We could hear the other renters in the unit next door while in the kitchen clear enough to hear someome ask "where does this door go" as they pulled on the door knob. The bedroom has a common wall and it was hard to relax completely wondering if you could be heard in the other unit. The "check in" process was non existant. No instructions were provided. We had to ask for instructions and when received they were to the main unit which was accupied by another renter. This created confusion for both renters thinking we both had a cabin not a shared unit. This became ackward quickly and resulted in an unpleasant interaction. It was also stressful for us with the concern the unit was double booked and we had no place to stay. Additionally we noticed what looks like a noose hanging from a tree on the property and reported this to the owner with no reply. Please note this is a beatuful unit in a beautiful location and we had a nice experience that would have been different if it was listed as share building. Our two night rental was mared by a poor start and finish with interuptions by two other renters coming and going. We did not get what was paid for that is a private experience in a private cabin.

Idyllic Hideaway

This space was just perfect. Little slice of paradise nestled away in an already quiet neighborhood. Incredible views, nicely furnished, stylish and recently redone bathroom, deck leading out from the bedroom was incredible for stargazing and taking in all of Lake Tahoe. Wonderful.

National Park Marathon

We stayed at this cabin for a vacation from our vacation and we really enjoyed fixing food in a wonderful kitchen and sitting out on the deck watching the fun people were having on the lake. The cabin is close enough to town that we were able to run out and purchase food and be back to the cabin in 1/2 hour. Beautiful place and very relaxing!

Beautiful views

The loft cabin is an amazing place with even better views of the lake. The vintage feel of the decor made you feel right at home while also having modern amenities. We will definitely be returning.
