This sublime stone-built villa is full of classic character, displaying traditional Istrian architecture that beautifully reflects the town carved with local stone brick and pastel-hued window shutters. Inside keeps the tradition alive, with wooden beamed ceilings, stone facades, and whitewashed stucco walls. The décor is contemporary but still hangs on to the old-fashioned style, with wooden furnishings and a tartan patterned sofa that create a warm and homely setting. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, finished with a modern touch with sleek, pine cabinets paired with high-end appliances. The first floor has two bedrooms with plush double beds, with a grand master bedroom on the second floor.
The main terrace is an absolute dream, with a sparkling outdoor pool and plenty of luxurious loungers to unwind and take in the gorgeous panoramas. Dinner at Villa Kiara is best cooked outdoors, with a brick barbecue and outdoor dining bench perfect for whipping up a feast in the cool hillside breeze.
