Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, es war wirklich sehr erholsam.
Preis Leistung war hier in Ordnung, schöne Aussenanlage mit Pool.
Leider ist der Innenbereich renovierungsbedürftig.
Die Schlafzimmer waren alle 3-4 Sterne.
Küche oben 3-4 Sterne
Badezimmer oben 3 Sterne
Klimanlage oben 5 Sterne
Nachteil der Immobilie, dass die Küche nicht im EG ist. Hier schleppt man unnötigerweise jeden Tag alles von oben nach unten zum Frühstück. Es könnte problemlos im unteren Bereich eine Küche eingebaut werden.
0 Sterne für das Bad unten, dass ist leider nicht nur klein auch stark renovierungsbedürftig.
Es ist so klein, dass man sich wirklich schräg auf die Toilette setzen muss.
Nachteil ist auch, dass fussläufig kein Restaurant oder Einkaufmöglichkeiten erreichbar sind.
Trotz der Nachteile war es ein schöner Urlaub, toller Pool und sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Schönes Haus mit Mängeln
Schönes Haus mit diversen Mängeln.
Großer Poolbereich mit vielen Liegen und schönem Garten.
Die untere Wohnung besteht lediglich aus einem Schlafzimmer einem Vorraum und einem sehr kleinen und alten Bad.
Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich die restlichen drei Schlafzimmer welche nur über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen sind.
Leider auch nur oben mit Klimaanlage.
Für den Preis leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Keine 3-Sterne-Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Bilder im Netz sind sehr vorteilhaft und sicher schon einige Jahre alt. Das zweite Bad fehlt bei den Bildern nicht ohne Grund. Der ausgeschriebene 8. Schlafplatz fehlt und Klimaanlage nur in einem Zimmer. Das kann der schöne Pool leider nicht aufwiegen.

Toller Urlaub
Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Stockbett war nur ein Einzelbett. Die Bäder sind sehr klein,vorallem das untere. Der Außengrill ist super und natürlich auch der Pool. Auch fangen wir es toll immer Schattenparkplätze zu haben,durch den Weinwuchs und den Kiwis. Nebenan gibt es leckeren Wein zu kaufen,direkt vom Winzer. Die Kommunikation war bestens mit dem Vermieter. Fliegengitter gibt's keine,aber wir haben welche selbst mitgebracht und das war auch gut so .

Sehr schön, aber mit einigen technischen Mängeln
Das Haus war insgesamt sauber und ansprechend, allerdings mit einigen technischen Mängeln, insbesondere bei der Elektrik, WLAN, Sanitärbereich, Poolliegen, Pool. Konnte aber fast alles uneingeschränkt genutzt werden. Nur in der Preiskategorie einfach ärgerlich. Vermieter ist sehr, sehr nett, daher verzeiht man einige Unzulänglichkeiten. Die Lage ist sehr schön in einem netten kleinen Dorf, allerdings teilweise durch Lärm und Geruch etwas eingeschränkt zu genießen.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Tolles Grundstück, Haus und Mobiliar mit Schlafräume und Küche sehr veraltet. Neben Schlafraum im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein großer Grill, der Raum riecht sehr stark nach Rauch. (Bad) im ersten Stock ist Sehr klein, mit seitlichem Klo und hinter Kloschüssel ist eine Duschwanne. Pool sehr groß, Wasser im Pool nicht beheizt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stadt und Strand mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Goede prijs/kwaliteit
Mooi huisje, niet heel groot maar alles wat nodig was, is aanwezig. Gezien je meer buiten huis leeft geen probleem. Lekker rustig gelegen en maar 20 minuten rijden van het bruisend toerisme in porec.

Gut geeignet für Familien und ...
Gut geeignet für Familien und Urlaub etwas abseits des Trubels. Und doch schnell in Porec und am Strand....Haus hat eine einfache Inneneinrichtung, aber einen wunderbaren Garten/Innenhof und großen Pool! Sehr nette Vermieter, die regelmäßig vorbeischauenund sich bei Problemen kümmern. Reisetipps: Rovinje, Novograd
