This newly built private stone villa, just a few kilometers from the capital city of Istria, Pazin. It's a perfect getaway for you to relax and enjoy the beauty and peace of the countryside of central Istria. House contains a newly build park for the kids (swings, teeter) heated infinity pool & heated jacuzzi (brand new)

You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of pine, oak and olive trees in a huge garden, swim in a big heated infinity swimming pool or enjoy your free time in the heated jacuzzi.

**If needed, a cheap from local transfer can be organized.**

Wirklich eine schöne Anlage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Grundsätzlich ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber waren immer und prompt erreichbar und wirklich unkompliziert. Sofern es Wünsche oder Anmerkungen gab, wurde sich direkt darum gekümmert. Kleine Anmerkung, für kleinere Kinder könnte die zweite Etage (mit 2 Zimmern) etwas problematisch sein, da die Treppe etwas steil ist und die erste Stufe deutlich erhöht. Für uns war es jedoch nur gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir könnten uns definitiv vorstellen hier noch einmal Urlaub zu machen, was unsere Zufriedenheit sicherlich unterstreicht.

Incredible experience - everything we needed

We are a couple and we spent a week in this house with our three dogs. We wanted a place with total privacy, walled with garden, pool and in a quite part of the village and this was perfect. The house is situated far from anyone but still close to the supermarket and everything you may need. The house was cosy and clean and the pool was amazing near the garden so while we were in the pool, dogs were playing in the garden and we were relaxed knowing they are safe. The pool has a constant cleaning filter system so that guarantee you clean water. All the property is protected and you can enter with your car in it and there is place for two vehicles. Then, on the outside, there is also a perfect grill. Everything was exactly like described. The stairs were hard to make for our two little dogs (they have legs issues) so we slept in the ground floor and was perfect for our needs. If the weather could have been better, the vacation would have been a real dream so we are coming back for sure! Let me spent few words for the wonderful host. I had initially a lot of questions and the host was patient and kind all the time. He was always available during our stay in case we needed anything and was very genuine and understanding our needs and situation which is very rare and usually someone with three dogs is simply ignored or not considered but this host was exactly what we needed so I can assure that this place and the host are pet friendly and they don’t charge supplements for dogs like many others do. We couldn’t be recommending this place more. To anyone that wants privacy, quiet and in complete safety of a walled property (high enough for big dogs too) and wanting to have fun spending the day in the pool. Thank you to Blaženka, Vinko and the whole family Prpić again for this amazing experience. We will be back soon!
