Attractive villa with pool and fenced garden - Privacy Guaranteed-Pets friendly. Villa M-Mate is a beautiful, fully air-conditioned house, which was renovated last year and modern furnished. In the reconstruction of the houses are preserved old original elements with love. The holiday house is located in a small place in the heart of Istria and is surrounded by nature and greenery. The house consists of three separate objects. The first and the second object have a bedroom for two persons with a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The third part of the building has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom with bath and separate shower are located upstairs. Pets are welcome. W-LAN is available and is included in the price. Let yourself be spoiled for a relaxing holiday in the enchanting villa..

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Die Villa Mate ist ein Ferienhaus mit viel Charm und bietet genau die Ruhe und Entspannung die erwartet wurde. Der Kontakt mit der Tochter des Vermieters auf Englisch klappte wunderbar. Allerdings waren die Informationen im Vorfeld recht dünn und erst 5 Tage vor Anreise wurden die genaue Adresse und Telefonnummer mitgeteilt. Die Ausstattung hat viel Charm. Es gibt für nahezu jedes Wetter einen Sitzbereich. Ein paar Hinweise: - Die Landstrasse am Haus vorbei ist sehr neu und war leider im Navi noch nicht bekannt. Damit wäre die Anreise Querfeldein erfolgt. Wer noch Kartenmaterial von 2022 für Kroatien nutzt sollte ab Autobahnausfahrt auf GoogleMaps Navigation wechseln. - Die Betten verfügen jeweils nur über eine grosse Decke die man sich teilen muss. Bei Geschwistern lohnt es sich evtl eine Decke von daheim mit zu bringen. - die drei in sich getrennten Häuser erlauben auch gut einen Aufenthalt von befreundeten Familien, aber nur die Hauptküche ist mit Geschirr/Besteck/Töpfen/Gläsern etc ausgerüstet. - Das Haus liegt deutlich ausserhalb und ist nur per Mobilfunk ans Internet angeschlossen. Mobil ist dort nur schwach zu empfangen. Im Grossteil des Geländes hat man somit direkt "Digital Detox" mitgebucht.
