Holiday home Orijana is located in the village of Pusti, near the medieval town of Svetvinčenat.
The house is located on an area of ​​1000 square meters in an attractive location. You will be near the center of the city, yet away from big city bustle and noise.
You need peace and quiet? Here you have it!
The newly built house has 80 square meters, there are: two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining room, and the living room with outside heated pool (extra fee for heating pool is 10€/day).
You will experience the special moments on the terrace with a light breeze in the morning coffee and breakfast or afternoon barbecue in the fireplace, which are also available.
In the warm summer months you can find refreshments by the pool that makes the entire outdoor area even more attractive.
In your free time you can go cycling or hiking. The hunters will also find their place throughout the year.
The town of Svetvinčenat is one of the Istrian jewels. Here is a rich tourist offer: Morosini-Grimani castle, Medieval festival, folklore, celebrations of young wine, Istrian souvenirs and much more.
The village of Pusti is only 2 km from the town where you will find at your disposal shops, bank, post office and clinic.

Great holiday!

We spent a splendid holiday in Pusti and enjoyed the house and the pool very much. From there you can make a lot of trips to famous towns such as Rovinj, Pula, Porec etc. The house is very clean and Matea and her family are really very kind. The spoiled us with fruit and vegetables from their garden, and even with freshly made pancakes. Thank you again!!! We can also recommend to have a tasting of their fantastic olive oil! Hwala! Fantastic Place and People

We spent fantastic week at Villa Orijana. If you are looking for silence, calm and relaxing surrounding - book now! Localisation gives a good chance to go around Istria and feel the region. For us and for kids it was amazing, we were looking for relaxing time - and we have found it. The house is very nice, having all needed things or even more then is needed (there was also needle and thread :)) . Kitchen is full of stuff. Pool is filtered all the time, water crystal clear in perfect conditions. Hospitality of the owners was at the highest level, we appreciate a lot. One day - at the morning we were given a plate of pankaces :) We were so suprised. Big thanks for you Matea and for your Parents, take care!

Toller Urlaub

Saubere Unterkunft, alles super. Wir haben die entspannte Zeit genossen und waren stundenlang im Pool. Nette Vermieter mit guten Tipps uns sehr netten leckeren Aufmerksamkeiten. Echt Empfehlenswert.

Perfekter Urlaub und wunderbare Ruhe

Die Unterkunft ist super und alles wie beschrieben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten die wunderbare Ruhe genießen. Die selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten, die wir bekommen haben waren einfach lecker. Und auch die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und uns stand immer jemand zur Seite, wenn fragen waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa Orijana zum 2. mal.

Alles wie schon beim ersten mal. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Schöne Alleinlage mit tollen Pool. Alles im Haus da was man braucht. Sehr diskrete hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir werden sicher auch ein 3. mal kommen!!

Traumhafter Urlaub in Istrien

Wir haben unseren 2-wöchigen Urlaub in der Villa Orijana wirklich sehr genossen. Das Haus selbst ist großzĂŒgig und super ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts. Das GrundstĂŒck liegt traumhaft im GrĂŒnen, es ist sehr ruhig und perfekt, um sich zu erholen. Rundherum sind auch schöne Waldwege die man zu Fuß oder mit dem MTB erkunden kann. Der Pool war beheizt, dadurch war es auch zu der relativ frĂŒhen Jahreszeit (ab Mitte Mai) jederzeit möglich diesen zu genießen. Zudem wurde er alle 3 Tage von unserem sehr netten Gastgeber gereinigt und gecheckt. Unsere Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir haben schon zur BegrĂŒĂŸung und auch danach mehrmals sehr leckeres, selbstgemachtes GebĂ€ck bekommen. Die Tochter Matea hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps und möglichen Ausflugszielen versorgt. Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles, bessere Gastgeber kann man sich kaum vorstellen! Wir können dieses Haus und die Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen und wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen.

Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine soo schöne und entspannte Urlaubswoche! Angefangen bei dem herzlichen Empfang durch die Hausbesitzer und die lieben Willkommensgeschenke (1 Flasche Wein fĂŒr uns, 1 Flasche kroatische Limo fĂŒr unsere Jungs, eine Platte mit selbstgemachter Salami, Speck und KĂ€se von der Farm ihrer Tochter und Brot) ĂŒber die tollen Tipps von Matea (Tochter) z.B. wo man am besten ans Meer fĂ€hrt, essen geht,... ĂŒber das wahnsinnig interessante und leckere Olivenöltasting bei Matea auf der Farm ĂŒber den Besuch in der Burg zu den Ritterspielen wo der Sohn David mitspielt und wir dadurch keinen Eintritt bezahlen mussten,...!! 2 mal kam Marino (der Hausbesitzer) zu vereinbarten Zeiten zum Poolreinigen und hatte beide male selbstgemachte Leckereien seiner Frau fĂŒr uns dabei, die fantastisch geschmeckt haben (CrĂȘpes, die einen mit Nutella, die anderen mit Marmelade gefĂŒllt , SchmalzgebĂ€ckkugeln, frische Feigen aus deren Garten!!)!! Nicht zu vergessen natĂŒrlich das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus und der schöne Garten, tolle Grill und natĂŒrlich der supertolle Pool...!!! Es war einfach alles rundum perfekt!!

Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Tolles Haus mit eigenem Pool. Wer in seinem Urlaub PrivatsphÀre und Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig! Allerdings benötigt man immer ein Auto da Supermarkt sowie StrÀnde und Restaurants nur hiermit uu erreichen sind. Haus war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit! wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Wunderbare Unterkunft fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub

Villa Orijana

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett ,wir wurden sogar mal mit Pfannkuchen und Obst zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck ĂŒberrascht. Die Villa ist sehr sauber ,der Pool ist wunderbar. Wenn man Ruhe und Enpsannung braucht bleibt man in der Villa und genießt sonst kann man StĂ€dte wie Pula,Porec,Rabac...besuchen.

Sehr tolles Ferienhaus

Es war ein sehr entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft alles erklĂ€rt und uns mit kĂŒhlen GetrĂ€nken, frischem Obst aus dem eigenen Garten und selbstgemachten GebĂ€ck begrĂŒĂŸt. Der Pool war fĂŒr uns das Highlight, unsere beiden Kinder haben es sehr genossen. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie mit Sicherheit hier. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Besonderheit fĂŒr uns war der Besuch bei Matea, die Tochter der Vermieter. Auf ihrem kleinen Bauernhof durften wir die HĂŒhner, KĂŒhe und Schweine anschauen. Und natĂŒrlich haben wir uns eingedeckt mit gutem Olivenöl, Likör und KĂ€se.

We hebben in dit huis een heerlijke relaxe vakantie gehad, hier kom je echt tot rust! Hele aardige verhuurders die het belangrijk vinden dat je een fijne vakantie hebt en regelmatig wat lekkers komen brengen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub hier! Die Gastfamilie ist total lieb und hilfsbereit, aber niemals aufdringlich. Das Haus, der wunderschöne Pool und das komplette GelĂ€nde waren sehr sauber und fĂŒr unseren Geschmack perfekt eingerichtet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt zur Erholung, denn das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf, fernab von Trubel. Die nĂ€chste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten entfernt und fĂŒr TagesausflĂŒge konnte man innerhalb 30-40 Minuten viele tolle StĂ€dte oder Ausflugsziele erreichen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sofort wohlgefĂŒhlt. Es war ein unvergesslich schöner Urlaub. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Matea und Ihre ganze Familie!

Klasse Ferienhaus!!

Die Lage ist perfekt fĂŒr alle Unternehmungen, ob Radfahrern oder ein Tag am Strand. Mann kann alles in max. 40 Minuten alles gut erreichen. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden vom Ort und ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet,sogar ĂŒber Durchschnitt wĂŒrde ich sagen. Der Außenbereich ist mit Liebe gestaltet und wird gepflegt. Der Pool und die Grillecke sind perfekt. So und und nun zu den Gastgeber, ich kann nur sagen herzlich und allzeit bereit fĂŒr Hilfe und Tipps. Und man bekommt von ihnen oft Leckereien und Obst. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Hvala vam na lijepom odmoru!! 😀

Une villa trÚs agréable pour des vacances réussies

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette belle et agrĂ©able villa. Tout est prĂ©vu pour le confort et la facilitĂ© des vacanciers. L’accueil qui nous a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©servĂ© par les propriĂ©taires a Ă©tĂ© exceptionnel, trĂšs prĂ©venant et nous offrant des cakes et petits gĂąteaux en signe de bienvenue. La piscine comme la maison Ă©tait trĂšs propre et Ă©tait entourĂ©e d’un mobilier adĂ©quat pour le farniente. Tout fĂ»t parfait pour notre sĂ©jour. Dommage qu’il nous a fallu partir

Oase der Ruhe

Es gab wĂ€hrend unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts nichts, was wir hĂ€tten bemĂ€ngeln können.
