Minffordd Cottage is a cosy two bedroom bungalow situated close to Lligwy beach and the fishing village of Moelfre. The cottage is part of the Minffordd site with two other houses (Mountain View and Sea View) which can all be booked together for larger groups.

With Lligwy beach just one mile from the front door, you have one of Anglesey's best beaches on your doorstep. The east coast of Anglesey offers some of the best exploring with Parys Mountain copper mines, Amlwch port all just a short drive away. Slightly further afield you'll find the historic town of Beaumaris where you can spend the day exploring the boutique shops, castle and enjoying an ice cream on the pier.

Great location with home comfortd

Ideal location with beautiful countryside to visit with walks to suit all abilities. Great Indian restaurant nearby can highly recommend it called Bennlech Tandoori above a golf club, also Ann’s Pantry in Moelfre nearby. I go every year and love it. Did not come across one “Pot Hole” well done Anglesey.

Great relaxing time and just a mile from the beach

Nice break for the two of us and the hound, clean cottage with kitchen with all devices required and comfortable bed. Even a field for the hound to have his morning run round.

Exactly as description and ideal for couples or a young family but maybe certainly for dining 4 adults might be a squeeze in the kitchen . While "tourist information" is normally readily available as we stayed during the new year and the supplied information was 2017 I would book again which is in my view the "gold standard " Mike was very helpful throughout our stay

Lovely location

Great clean accommodation in lovely setting. Central for visiting the island. Good pub in Moelfre selling food. Excellent restaurant in Red Wharf Bay. Short walk along path through woods to beach with bar, cafe and toilets. Cottage well equipped for short stay or longer break. Comfortable and clean . Owners live local so on hand with local knowledge and if any problems arise. Great for dogs .
