Das Appartement bietet alle Vorzüge eines neu gebauten Hauses mit hochwertiger Konzeption.
Die Glücks-Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig mitten in Hainburg, ist gut ausgestattet (auch mit einem komfortablen Bett).
Das Appartement im 2. Stock kann rollstuhlgerecht per Aufzug erreicht werden, die große Loggia beschert spätes Frühstück oder Teatime mit Sonne. Sehr angenehm. Das Verkehrsrauschen ist nicht zu hören, wenn die 2 großen Glastüren geschlossen sind. Glück 33 ist hell, im Haus ist es ruhig, direkt um die Hausecke sind Flur und Felder .
