PLEASE NOTE: There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing.
If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed.

- We can provide a travel cot and high chair for £40 per stay upon request.

This place was great! The flat was beautiful and clean. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed to make meals. Communication was great. Quick responses. Orpington station is a 10 minute walk away. This gets you into London central in 15-20 minutes. Tesco is a 2 minute walk away. This place was great! We loved staying here! Recommend!

Viajamos com 5 pessoas. Achamos que o apartamento acomoda melhor um numero menor de pessoas, mas no geral, gostamos bastante da acomodação. Achamos os itens de cozinha um pouco limitados para refeições no apartamento. Fica um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos, mas usando transporte publico conseguimos nos deslocar e cumprir o programado.
