A unique and impressive contemporary home with private hot tub
Nestled in the picturesque village of Amberley in West Sussex, this stunning contemporary home offers a luxurious retreat with breathtaking views of the rolling countryside. Accommodating up to 11 guests, the house boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms and three and a half stylish bathrooms. The vibrant interior design is a delightful fusion of modern and antique furnishings, complemented by the rich textures of clay plaster on the walls, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
We will be available to assist throughout your stay but we do not live on site at the property. Should you have any special requests, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Amberley, a charming village in West Sussex, is renowned for its idyllic beauty and rich history. Access to the property is via a smartlock system, giving convenience to arrive whenever suits you. Instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to your stay.
The heart of The Rook Retreat features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the spectacular vistas of the West Sussex landscape, flooding the living spaces with natural light and offering an ever-changing canvas of the countryside's beauty. Stay in the house in both Winter and Summer to experience a totally different view!
The open-plan living area is perfect for socializing and relaxation, with comfortable seating, a wood burning fireplace and elegant décor that seamlessly blend contemporary style with timeless charm. For even more space, there is a large mezzanine lounge above the main living area as well as a floating terrace with outdoor seating and dining. Each bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, providing ample space and luxury for a restful night's sleep along with three unique bathrooms and a separate cloakroom.
Step outside to discover the ultimate in relaxation – an outdoor jacuzzi with incredible views of the surrounding hills and fields. Whether you're soaking in the warm bubbles under a starry sky or enjoying a sunny afternoon with friends and family, this outdoor oasis offers an unparalleled experience of peace and tranquility. Further down the property is a sun deck, large lawn and private bluebell woods (1.5 acres) with a yoga platform. This is an outdoor woodland retreat including outdoor dining space in the summer months.
This exceptional property in Amberley is the perfect getaway for those seeking a blend of modern luxury and the serene beauty of the English countryside.
Please Note: The house sleeps 11 with one person on a small double sofa bed. There is also space for a 12th person on a floor mattress if requested.
