The flat is spacious and located in the city centre (no elevator, though). The guest folder did not have any instructions for the heating system and it was freezing (issue was addressed the next day). The tableware and bathroom floor were not clean (host addressed issue, but we had already washed up and cleaned the bathroom floor which was filthy). If your cleanliness benchmark is low and if you like it icy cold on your first night's stay, it's a perfect location.

Maybe my favorite VRBO ever. Beautiful location steps from the beach. Very convenient, modern, clean and private property. Our host was attentive, friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed opening the patio doors fully (about 12 feet wide) to enjoy a morning shower, a cool breeze or some afternoon sun.
