The first level of the home has 3 additional bedrooms (1 queen, 2 double with bunk and trundles) sleeping up to 13 people!
The main level also has 2 full bathrooms and a "kids lounge" with tv, game table and seating for 8 or more!
New Anderson sliders and oversized windows let so much light in the home and allow the view to be seen from the entire top floor!
The neighborhood is one of Surf Cities quietest, down a dead end street with no through traffic. The yard is oversized and allows for space to play games, relax or just enjoy the sea breeze!
The home has a gas grill, hammock and outdoor furniture.
