Feel the breeze, hear the waves, and taste the salty air at this charming beach house. The many windows flood the house with light, and the front door nearly opens onto the beach! Located in the heart of Surf City, you can walk to shops, cafes, pizza, pubs, mini-golf, ice cream, and much more.

Now featuring 6 bedrooms, including a newly added bedroom on the 2nd floor, and 3 renovated full bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 18 guests.

At The Turtle and The Sloth, families and friends can truly relax, search for seashells, watch for dolphins, build sandcastles, play games, barbecue, and, above all – enjoy ice cream! Amenities to Make Your Stay Carefree:
• Beach Essentials: 10 beach tags provided, 5 chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 beach wagon
• Bedroom Essentials: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Full bed w/full trundle, 2 bunk beds with trundle beds (Twins on top, full on bottom, full trundles). 12 beds total. Note: Linens and toiletries are not provided. Please bring your own or rent from local companies.
• Bathroom Essentials: Toilet paper (2 rolls each BA), hair dryers, air fresheners, & hand soap.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric oven, stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwashers, sink, ice machine (100 lbs/day), beverage cooler, toaster oven, blender, coffee machines (14 cup drip & Keurig), tea kettle, dishware, utensils, cooking supplies, and spices. A full list of kitchen supplies is provided after booking.
• Dining: Configurable rustic barn-wood kitchen table plus outdoor table.
• Game room in the basement with a large screen TV, PS5 gaming console and ping pong table

House Rules:
• Must be 21 to rent
• Place all remotes in their designated area ($50 fee for missing remotes)
• Use recycling / trash receptacles & close lids tightly (seagulls love to go through trash!)
• Bring outdoor cushions inside or under cover during rain.

- Smoking or vaping inside the home
- Loud music after 9PM or before 8AM
- Underage drinking or illegal substance use
- Eating or drinking in the bedrooms
- Sandy feet inside the house
- Fireworks or gunfire
- Prom parties
- Commercial photography or filming
