Great location very close to beach. Plenty of beach gear, the pool table, and bicycles were put to use. We especially liked the outdoor space with a good sized pool and nicely appointed outdoor kitchen.The host was also responsive to questions.Our family had a great time!

This property is lovely. The pool and the out side kitchen were great. Also, the beach access was right there and so convenient for the kids. A great place to see both the sunrise and the sunset. The outside furniture was perfect for a big family.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the distance to the beach is amazing. The house is very clean and has bedrooms as advertised. We almost missed the detail that linens would not be provided, so make sure you pack bedsheets and bathroom handles towels. There were a lot of warning signs about surveillance that was a bit unnerving but otherwise very cozy with great views. The third floor (kitchen/dining room/living room) had great AC, the rest of the bedrooms became very warm at night. The pool was advertised as heated but it was not heated on check in and we could not find the controls. The outdoor patio and pool area was very beautiful and provided a great hangout area for evening dinners. There was plenty of fridge space for our weekend groceries and beverages! The beach chairs and umbrellas were great to have on hand, but the outside hose was broken so it was difficult to wash the chairs off. Overall an absolute great location near the beach and great place to stay!

I wish you had let me know about the pool heater not working before you checked out and reviewed. It is set automatically and if the air temperature was low, the pool cannot maintain heat. Also, you should have told me about the first floor temperature and hose not working. There is a thermostat on the first floor for you to adjust the temperature. The surveillance was only activated if someone attempted to get into the owner's closets.

The location of the home was great. Access the road for bikes was excellent Having an outdoor pool was a plus although the water temperature was cold. Missing kitchen items included: garbage bags, sheet pans, juice type pitcher, plastic spatulas, paper towels, hand soaps, dish detergent and more mixing bowls. Needed a brush to clean the outdoor grill. A new coffee pot is recommended. Children could not use one of the bunk beds because of wobbly top bunk. One of the adult bikes had a flat tire; it did not stop us from having a wonderful time riding up and down the roadThe house provided plenty of room for five adults and three young children. In the end we had a wonderful time staying here!!

This was in an excellent location right off the beach path and in the middle of everything in Beach Haven. The transaction was also seamless and the property a great place to gather with family and friends.

rented house for family member wedding in area. 1st night, house temp unacceptably cold m(66 degrees F ) Outside temp 54 degrees. Keep in mind, house bedding for summer. Sent screen shots of thermostat as proof. Told homeowner hose is to cold. She said turn off A/C. I replied A/C not on ...need heat on ! Homeowner reply, I have no control over temp. VRBO service terrible.

You only mentioned that the house was cold on the second day…not the evening that you checked in It is mid-May so spring/summer bedding is used. I never received a screenshot of the temperature from you. I said I had no control of the “outside” temperature…not inside the house. I gave you the location of and instructions for the thermostat to turn up the temperature and then I never heard back from you so I assumed you had it resolved.

Beautiful home, best views!

Wonderful week in a beautiful house - just across the street from the beach, sip your morning coffee on one of the comfortable decks with the sound of waves in your ears - great pool for the kids after a day on the sand. Lots of room, house is clean and well appointed.

The Perfect Vacation for the Whole Family

The house was spacious. There was plenty of room for our family that included 5 grandsons ages 4-10. They loved the heated pool! The outdoor kichen was a great place for the family meals. The view was spectacular. We loved the short walk to the beach.The chairs and umbrellas made it easier for packing up the car. It would be great if linens were included or information to rent them provided.
