Spectacular Oceanfront, Harvey Cedars, LBI, Amazing Views

Fairly new home completed in June 2018 and built with a lot of love and care. We plan to use it for most of the year for ourselves but have it listed here to share with some small families for a few weeks, WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF IT LIKE THEIR OWN. We don't permit ANY SMOKING OR PETS, so please DO NOT ask. In as much as we would like, we are not in a position to change our rental rates.

We offer it for rent for a handful of weeks in July and August to selected families. We have a FRIDAY TO FRIDAY rental. This will make it easier to get to and leave the island. Also, gives you a full weekend when you come.

DESCRIPTION: Spectacular Views, Central Air, Wifi, Elevator, Hot Tub, Speakers on all decks, 3 decks including a rooftop deck, upscale appliances, indoor and outdoor furniture.

It is a 6 bedroom, 4 full bath and 2 half bath single family home. 3 bedrooms are master suites, all with attached baths and amazing oceanfront views. One of those 3 is the master bedroom on the top floor. The other 2 are on the first floor. There will be 3 additional bedrooms. Two of them have 2 pairs of bunk beds and one has two twin beds. The house will be able to sleep 16. Ideally suited for small families. There are decks on each floor with spectacular views of the ocean in addition to a roof deck with amazing ocean and bay views.

Home is reverse living with a large kitchen and a great room on the top floor and the master bedroom. There will be an elevator, 2 car garage, a gas grill and a fireplace.

We have two wet bars, one in the great room on the second floor and one in the family room on the first floor.

We have a Sonos audio system with speakers on all decks including the roof top deck, great room and the family room. The TV in the living room is a 65" TV with surround sound and attached Apple TV. Each bedroom has it's own TV with Comcast and Netflix. There is high speed internet access with 3 wifi access points in different locations in the house to give good coverage.

There are spectacular views of the ocean, perfectly centered on the beach, has direct beach access, 20 feet away. The lifeguard stand is located directly in front of the house so it's great for parents/kids. It is located on a private drive so kids can easily walk back and forth to beach for food, bathroom, etc. A super bay front park/playground is just 2 blocks away, includes tennis, basketball, playground equipment, baseball field, crabbing dock, fishing pier, exercise course, horseshoes, volleyball court and great sunsets for all.

Harvey Cedars marina is across the road. Enjoy kayak rentals at the marina. Causeway Boat rental is a short drive away where you can rent boats.

It is a great location for families with children as we are on a private street and there is no through traffic. There is parking for 4 cars on a brand new paved driveway.

Relax on the deck with a drink and your loved ones while watching the ocean and enjoying the sounds of the waves.
