Within walking distance to Harvey Cedars, this ranch home is on a private lane only 200 feet to the ocean. This very unique location has only three homes accessing the ocean. There are two full bathrooms. There are four bedrooms two with queen size beds, and two with two twins in each to sleep a maximum of 8 persons. There is a nice yard, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, patio furniture, and comfortable surroundings.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 10 am. House should be left as found. Leave keys on kitchen counter. Upon leaving, close windows and lock doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Refundable deposits required. No parties, no pets, no smoking, family rental. Check with owner for cancellation policy and amenities.
Must supply linens, towels and beach equipment including badges.
