Treat yourself to this central and quiet location just 15 minutes from the Piazzetta of Capri and the Blue Grotto. A small single villa on two floors with independent entrance and large private outdoor area.
The house offers a full bathroom, a kitchen/dining room and a large living area on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the mezzanine floor.
Outside there is a large bench, a table for dining outdoors and a large equipped solarium with a stunning view.
The house is fully equipped, both indoors, with a work area with wifi and Chromebook, a relaxation area with satellite TV and stereo, and outdoors, with a table with umbrella for eating outside, sun loungers and an outdoor living room. Everything else you may need is within walking distance: shops, bars, restaurants, bus stops, tourist attractions and museums. The beaches and the mountains are just a few minutes away by bus or chairlift.

We are a couple of teachers in their fifties with two adult children; we like reading, going to museums, listening to music and enjoying good food. We love to travel and discover places, cultures and people.
Why they chose this property
Now we live far away but we both grew up in Capri, where we always return to find nature, sea, beauty and relaxation.
What makes this property unique
Over time we have equipped the house with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Since July 2024 the house is also completely sustainable, producing hot water and electricity from the sun (which is not lacking in Capri).
