Your train has finally pulled into "The Station" when you spend your Seaside, FL vacation in this cottage. Located just minutes from the West-side pool, the beach, and downtown, this four- bedroom, four-and-a-half bath cottage is the perfect place for families with children. The first floor includes a large open living/dining room with fireplace and access to the front and side porches, a half bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a king master bedroom with a large private bath and access to a private porch. Upstairs, there is a sitting area with TV, as well as a bedroom with one king, two twins and a private bath, another bedroom with a king bed and private bath, and a third bedroom with a king, a set of bunk beds and a private bath. There are wonderful porches at every turn in this cottage, with a large open balcony porch on the second level that leads to a third-level tower with a swing.

* 5 night stay for Summer 2024. 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break. 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Sat to Sat Summer min stay for Summer 2025. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

We spent hours on the tower enjoying the amazing view and weather. Homeowners is a great company to rent through; any house they have you will be well taken care of.

Great location

House is about a block from the beech and the commercial section. There was tons of room for our two families. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, etc. I would definitely go back. My only request would be for more wash towels, as most bathrooms only had two wash towels.

The house is in the best location, near the beach, pool, shopping and dining! Plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The tower provides beautiful views of Seaside, the gulf and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with quality dishes, utensils and appliances and the furniture is beautiful, updated and comfortable!The Station and Homeowners Collection did not disappoint!We had a wonderful week!
