The property, completely independent, has a living area with exposed beams and bricks, consisting of a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka, fridge, freezer, kettle and a relaxing area with sofa, TV and fireplace. The living room has a mezzanine with double bed and velux.

We wanted a small place to enjoy the cycling in Conegliano and this place was a gem. i knew it was a bit off of the beaten track. We were surrounded by vineyards, extremely quiet and well appointed (except for having only 1 knife in the kitchen). There were 4 serrated bread knives???The owner had just mowed lawn, the outside covered area was lovely in the afternoon, but there was also a screen in EVERY window. Un heard of in Italy. We would gladly return and stay again.
