The Sun and Sea villas are new at EilandVerhuur. They are currently being completely rebuilt and equipped with all the necessary luxury. Booking is possible from the end of October*.

Villa Sea is a newly built (2024) luxurious thatched roof villa on the edge of Ballum, 1.1 km from the beach. Everything has been thought of; relax in the Finnish sauna, cool off under the outdoor shower, warm up by the fireplace in winter and enjoy the lovely terrace when the weather is nice! These villas are ideal to enjoy every season!

LAYOUT OF HOUSE
Villa Sea is a semi-detached house (can also be rented together). There is an entrance with wardrobe, guest toilet, living room with fireplace, open kitchen, Finnish sauna, exit to terrace, bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The stairs to the upper floor lead to two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The lovely living room on the ground floor has a corner sofa, flat screen and fireplace. Adjacent is the large dining table for 6 people and a modern cooking island. The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences.

BEDROOMS (3)
One double bedroom is located on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are two double bedrooms.

BATHROOMS (2) AND SAUNA
The large bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and shower is located on the first floor. The second bathroom is a shower, sink and toilet ensuite in the bedroom on the ground floor. On the ground floor is a spacious Finnish sauna and you can step outside under the lovely outdoor shower.

OUTSIDE
There is a large terrace with garden furniture, lounge sofa, outdoor shower and hammock. The garden is surrounded by greenery.

There is a private parking space at the house.

SURROUNDING
Around Ballum you will find beautiful nature reserves for walking and cycling and from here you can easily explore the entire island. At Roosdunen there is an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court (outdoor). The beach is about 1100 meters away and the village of Ballum about 900 meters.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
