Looking for that cozy place at the beach, this is the place for you. Perfectly located in the heart of Carolina Beach. This condo has a water view from both sides, you can enjoy the sunrise from the living room looking over the Atlantic Ocean and watch the sunset over Carolina Beach Lake from the bedroom deck. This 2nd floor condo unit has parking for your car under the unit next to the community gated pool. You are within walking distance to the Boardwalk, restaurants and local shops. If your stay is from April- September and consist of Saturday mornings you can visit the Farmers Market located around the lake, if it consist of Sunday evening take in the family movie just across the street. This condo has the ability to sleep four, consisting of one bedroom with a queen size bed, fully functional kitchen, one bathroom and bunk beds in the hallway to accommodate the children. Linens are provided along with free Wi-Fi.

This property has an amazing view with fantastic beach and lake access. We truly enjoy our stay the entire time and found it very convenient in relation to anything you need to do. I would highly recommend and do intend to come back!

Beautiful views front and back-watched a porpoise while cooking breakfast and enjoyed wine and goose watching in the evening! Just hop and skip to public access and one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. Miss Lisa was absolutely amazing with communication and the house had every item you never knew you needed!

This rental is in the perfect location to enjoy Carolina Beach. You have ocean and pond views. Restaurants, bars and the boardwalk are within a 5-10 min walk. Kure beach is also close by. Check out the Fort Fisher and stop by the Riverview Restaurant for sunset.

Adorable place

We loved that the residence had 2 patios, one facing the ocean and one overlooking the lake across the street. It was clean and cozy and perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Everything was within short walking distance but not so close noise or traffic was noticeable. We'd definitely stay again and I've already recommended it to a friend.

A great property for our small family

My husband and I stayed at Lisa’s place our 1 year old son and the condo was perfect for us! The location is ideal with beach access being about a 2 minute walk (with the baby in tow). The pool on site was wonderful as well! The pictures of the condo represent it perfectly; the kitchen was well equipped. Check in was simple. We would definitely stay here again!

A little slice of heaven!

The condo was possibly the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed the views from both the lake and the beach. It was so much fun being able to walk to the boardwalk and the Saturday market. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Beach 2 Lake Villas at Carolina Beach. The condo is conveniently located. It was clean and well appointed for our family. We enjoyed both balconies with lake and beach views.

Fantastic Stay

Absolutely loved this property. Gave my husband and I a much needed vacation, and we loved being able to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Place was clean, had everything we needed, and we liked having a view of both the lake and ocean. Would recommend.

Best location!

This place is in the most ideal location! Lake views out the back, ocean view out front, easy walk to beach and to boardwalk and restaurants. This is our second time staying at this spot because it's location is so ideal. The accommodations are great: kitchen has everything you need (we like to cook!), spacious living, comfortable deck furniture. 10/10 - would stay again!

Wonderful vacation stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was central to a lot of restaurants and close to the boardwalk. The condo itself was exactly as listed and very clean and beautifully decorated. We would love to stay here again on a return visit someday. It was our first visit to Carolina Beach but definitely not the last.

Loved so much about this unit! It had views of the ocean and lake (sunset) from 2 furnished covered decks that were wonderful. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, convenient loc. They had extra chairs, boogie boards, a fully stocked kitchen that even had condiments, and lots of soft towels! The host was very responsive and pleasant. However, the mattress on the main bed was very bouncy so if your partner moves, you bounce. The kids also complained that the mattresses on the bunk beds were uncomfortable and thin. My 14 yr old son and daughter preferred sleeping on the coach and chair, which was not ideal. None of us slept very well. There is some road noise and light that comes from around the blinds but it was mostly resolved with ear plugs and an eye mask for this light sleeper. Also, be aware that there is a 1500 refundable deposit charged unless you buy the vrbo insurance at checkout. I've been renting in CB for almost 20 years and never encountered this but booked anyway because we did so only a month in advance and there were limited other options and the unit was perfectly what we wanted otherwise. The deposit refund is issued 14 days later. Also, the parking spot under the building is tight to get into and out of (we have a highlander). Would love to rent this unit again but unless the mattresses are replaced and the security deposit requirement is changed (we don't like to waste money on insurance), we'll be finding another unit.

Cute place that we would definitely come back to!

It's almost exactly as advertised so there we no surprises. The kids loved the easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. My favorite things were the front porch swing and the back balcony to watch the sunset over the lake.

The stay at Carolina Beach was a nice, quick, and relaxing getaway! The condo’s location is a quick walk to the Boardwalk as well as several good restaurant options nearby. The beach is mere steps away across the street (public access point) and you can get great views of it from the outdoor covered patio/deck area of the condo as well. Lisa was a fantastic, responsive host who made the check-in process smooth. Hope to get back here soon; The SeaWitch and the Ocean Grill & Tiki Bar were highlights!

Great location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay last week. The ocean view deck with the swing was my favorite coffee spot. We walked to the boardwalk several times and enjoyed how close we were to all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and had lots of condiments in the fridge. Really enjoyed the large griddle. Our kids loved the pool.

Beautiful place!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! You can park your car under the condo in the shade and walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. The owners had everything stocked which was lovely. The view from both the lake side and beach side are lovely. The swing is especially nice! The pool was clean and warm. Everything was very clean and enjoyable! We would love to stay here again.
