The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the best and most exciting part of Oporto, the Downtown. The building is nearby outdoor cafes, restaurants, bars and cool stores, within short walking distance to everything you came to see.



Getting Around:

We do not recommend the use of cars in city center where our apartment is located. Parking is hard and expensive, and everything can be visited on foot.

But, in case you are using it, we can recommend car parking.

- Check-in and Check-out Procedure:



To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:



Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.



Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.



- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.



- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.



- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.



- The tourist tax in Porto is €3 per night, per person, for stays in hotels and local accommodations, with a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.



- We are fans and supporters of sustainable causes. Therefore, the cost of utilities (water, internet, and electricity) is included up to a maximum of €150/month. Any excess will be charged through the platform.



- There are currently construction work in the bulding next to this one, so there may be some additional noise.
