Revolting - avoid

I’m not even sure where to start with describing this revolting property. The check in process was a mess, additional charges added at every opportunity. They sent a WhatsApp Upon opening the door we were greeted with the stench of stale cigarette smoke. The place was filthy, carpets, surfaces, cutlery all dirty. The mattresses were falling apart and linen dirty. We were not given any towels, I had to use a TShirt to dry myself after a shower. The carpets had holes in, curtains dirty, a dirty bath mat. I contacted the company immediately and was told complaints have to be made via email. I still feel revolted at having to stay in this apartment.
