Hi I'm Catalonian (Barcelona), been a host in Spain since 2014 and now England also, love sailing, good cousine, and people of all cultures because I have lived in several countries and speak several languages. PS the young lady in the pic is my lovely daughter.
Why they chose this property
I discovered St Helens on my way to the Liverpool Marina and realised that it is 30 minutes aprox either way from the rail way Station in Manchester and Liverpool, also Chester, Wales etc. Actually I,m refurbishing another large house in St Helens.
What makes this property unique
A large kitchen a shower bathroom downstairs and a combined bath/shower bathroom upstairs with three rooms two with double beds and single beds and one with a double bed accommodating up to 8 guests makes this house very practical.
