This stylish and luxurious house was designed and constructed by its first owner, a distinguished international landscaper and interior designer. He built the house to resemble an old luxury resort in Tuscany, whilst providing all the modern amenities for extra comfort. Much attention has been given towards the interior to give it an elegant touch, while maintaining the feel of a family home. The villa is furnished to the highest standards will appeal to the most discerning.
The Villa is completely private, on top of a hill within 50 acres of oak woodland, pastures and olive groves, with expansive views of the Sienese countryside. The Villa features nice terraces for relaxing and dining alfresco and a heated pool, making it possible to enjoy the water in spring and autumn.

• Living room occupies entire end of house, opening to the pool through double doors. TV with satellite, Cd, tape player and radio. Large fireplace. An alcove includes a large antique desk.

The minimum rental period is 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday A shorter stay (min 3 nights) can be arranged upon request during low season (1st of September - 15th of May) with no restriction of checking in on Saturday
Arrival Day: Arrival & Departure have to be respectively Saturday (after 4 PM)
Departure Day: Departure Saturday (between 7 Am – 10 Am)
