This modern three bedroom semi detached house welcomes you. The accomodation provides guest with free wifi and large TV with netflix.
There is a security camera fitted outside the premises.

There is a double bed in first bedroom, two single beds in second bedroom and one single bed in third bedroom allowing five guest to sleep.
The kitchen and dining are together and separate from living room which is well decorated with modern atmosphere.
There is decent size back garden for you to receive fresh air specially during summer days Fun activity can also be done in this garden.
Next to the house is a big off road car parking space enough to fit large van or two cars.
There is a guest toilet on the ground floor and common bathroom on second floor.
We also offer you with a washing machine, a fridge freezer, hair dryer and ironing facilities.
The best thing about this house is , it is in close proximity to HIghwoods country park which is only few minutes walking distance from this house. Highwoods country park is very popular for bird watching, fishing, cycling and walking.
Tesco supermarket is in walking distance from this accomodation.
Colchester general hospital and Colchester football stadium is few minutes drive from here.
There is also easy access to A12 from this location.

Nearby children park which is few minutes walk. Tesco supermarket in 10 minutes walking distance . Colchester general hospital is 7minutes drive. Easy access to A12. Colchester football stadium is 10minutes drive away.

Convenient, comfortable and cosy

An excellent location for having Christmas in easy reach of elderly relatives, only a minute's walk from the High Woods Country Park and not very far on foot to the big Tesco superstore. The house was comfortable with a good layout for four adults, especially the kitchen/dining area, and beautifully warm. The kitchen was a little under-equipped for serious cooking, but we brought a lot of things with us anyway. There were a couple of maintenance issues that need addressing, one of which the host immediately offered to have fixed, but which didn't significantly affect us. We had a very good stay.
