Tired & dated
There is a distinct lack of maintenance at the property with discoloured grout in the showers and plinths that have come away from the shower tray bases, for example. Taps are functional but very old and the whole place is a real patchworks of jobs attended to over time. One of the toilets still had a stickered b&q label on it where the owner couldn’t be bothered to remove it after installation. The photos look fresh, bright and clean on the advert, but in reality it is very tired, functional and basic. The beds however, were very comfortable with fresh linen and towels.
