Great location

Apartment is in a great location. Walking distance to many attractions. The only issue is the street noise. Very comfortable accommodation.

Nice place but poor security, Locks and Old Bldg. Host was not responsive and delegated to admins

Location is close to many things in Rome, Central. Bldg is old. Lift only fits 3 people and we got stuck and thought life was in danger. VRBO owner stated there was nothing he could do about it. Also, the front door lock was missing and we had to get a locksmith which delayed our vacation. The host volunteered to arrange our airport pickup and Transportation to Cruise port. This was a major screwup and they arranged a small Van for 8 people and 16 Bags. This delayed our trip and we almost missed the cruise. They tried to blame it on me when I had texted the information 4 times to them days before the trip. The checkout process was almost nonexistent Nobody there in person. The bathrooms were clean but kitchen was checked in to us with open sugar containers (to attract insects). I would give it a 5 had it not been for the front door security locks and lift not working on/off and especially since they made us late and had to take a train which was crowded and uncomfortable.
