37 Gressingham is a Prestigious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom lodge found within the five star resort of South Lakeland Leisure Village, a stunning lodge perfect for a relaxing break with family and friends.
We are located in a peaceful area of the resort yet only minutes from the resort facilities including pool, gym, restaurant and bar.
The spacious comfortable living area includes a 50” smart tv, and smart tv's in both bedrooms. There is free WiFi and a Bluetooth speaker.
There is a spacious patio area, with plenty of seating, and parking for 2 cars.

Our Luxury lodge is located in the area known as Gressingham, this is a tranquil area of the resort, we are less than a minute’s stroll to the large lake and less than 5 minutes stroll to all the leisure facilities including the bar and restaurant
Take a few steps up to the gated decked entrance of this lodge were you will find a large decking area, here you will find ample ,comfortable seating to enjoy your morning Cuppa in the sunshine, or a glass of something chilled in the evening.
You will enter via a spacious hallway, then into a luxurious open plan living area with state of the art appliances and furnishings, here you will find a large 50’ smart TV with all your favourite Apps, there is also a Bluetooth speaker for you to enjoy your favourite music.

The spacious kitchen has a wealth of appliances including an oven & grill, stainless steel cooker hood, large integrated fridge freezer, microwave, the must have’s kettle, 4 slice toaster, all table and glassware, in fact everything you need and more for everyday use.

The dining area has a beautiful glass table and seating for four.

The master bedroom has a smart TV to watch your favourite Apps. It also has stylish décor and also includes a walk through wardrobe to your own ensuite bathroom with shower, so a lovely private space.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, smart TV, wardrobe and drawer space and a beautifully equipped Jack & Jill shower room.
