The property is newly renovated and offers a spacious furnished terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, outdoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi tub, balcony and garden., which is just perfect for a nice family or friends vacation.

This beautiful three bedroom holiday home is perfectly fit for up to six persons. It offers free WiFi, air conditioning as well as a SAT LCD TV. Spacious living room, two equipped kitchens and three bathrooms are at your disposal. Kitchens are equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and dining area. Living room comes with flat-screen SAT TV, while bathrooms are fitted with shower and hairdryer.

Washing machine and ironing facilities are also available.
Baby cot is at your disposal.

The property is situated in Škrip, quite and peaceful village and the oldest settlement on the island of Brač. This is ideal location for guests who wish to relax and enjoy their vacation in peace and privacy.

Ferry port in Supetar is approximately 9 km away, while Brač Airport is 19 km away.
