The Penthouse (6th floor)

The holiday apartment on the 5th floor, nestled against the mountainside while offering sea views is newly renovated in a bright and luxurious design with modern furniture. There is an open kitchen with full service, refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Additionally, there are 3 seating places at the breakfast bar.

The bathroom features a bathtub and a shower column, as well as plenty of cupboard space under the sink. In the apartment, you'll also find an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, drying rack, and clean towels.

The bedroom has built-in closets and extra window insulation to prevent any disturbance from potential city noise, as it's located at the end of the hill. Additionally, there is air conditioning for hot nights and a safe for personal belongings.

In the living room, there is a chaise lounge sofa that can be pulled out to function as a sofa bed with space for 1 person. Additionally, there is a dining area with four chairs where you can sit and enjoy the view of the mountain slope on the other side. Flat-screen TVs are available in both the living room and bedroom with many TV channels, as well as access to great speedy WiFi.

There is access to a lovely sun terrace on the 2nd floor, where there is an inviting swimming pool as well as a small children's pool (Currently under construction), sun loungers, and umbrellas.

There is a lift from reception to each floor.

If you are renting a car, you will find parking facilities on the street in front of the apartment complex.
