Our family enjoyed the quiet atmosphere & private shaded porch area to relax on. The kitchen provided all the amenities we needed to make great meals. The bedroom & sofa bed provided just the amount of space my son & I needed though couples would need to be aware that the bed is not king-sized. On street parking was safe. This property requires guests to walk a steep driveway which may be an accessibility concern for some. This suite met all of our needs, and we would stay there again.

Just what we needed

The location was perfect, very close to our family. The driveway was a little steep but I appreciated the workout. The suite had a private entrance and felt very cozy. It was clean and cared for. The check in directions were accurate and detailed but I reached out for them.Thanks for having us!

Nice, clean, private location

This is a very clean, private and comfortable property. We were visiting friends so did not stay at the property much during the day, but it is well equipped for relaxation or for quiet get-togethers. Just be aware, the driveway that you will need to walk down is very steep, so not suitable for any one with mobility problems. Fortunately this did not affect us. Thank you for offering this beautiful property through vrbo!

Worth the Cost

The property was clean and quiet. It had everything that was needed except a broom and it was a little low on hand soap. However the property manager communicated very well with us so I am sure if we really needed it, we would have gotten ot!

Kennesaw 3 Night Stay

Owner initially did a great job communicating with us. We had issues with the coffee pot and they had another one to us the next day. Our issues were: 1. Poor lighting when coming in after dark. 2. 1-ply toilet paper. 3. 1 set of towels. 4. Description stated king size bed but was a full size. 5. Ceiling fan too noisy to use.

Regarding the light, it is very difficult for all guests, some want lighting and others do not, but it is important to have it so that they can see well when walking, under the sink there is extra paper and in the TV cabinet you can get towels, sheets and quilts, the coffee maker always worked when we brought it up to our house to check it, it worked well. Very pretty setting. The place is very pretty and set up nice. Francy was very nice. The place is very dark. My old eyes had a hard time with it, and I was getting a headache. Francy did bring me brighter lightbulbs for the bedroom lamps. If you want the ceiling fan light, you need to stand on the bed to reach the chain. Water temperature is very, very nice.The thermostat is set so you can’t turn it lower than 70 degrees…which was too warm after coming home after being on the tennis courts all day. It also was a little difficult to sleep. A comfortable sleeping temperature is 60 - 67. Parking is not exactly on site. It is on the roadside and the driveway is a bit steep. If one has some issues, it can be a bit difficult. I could feel it in my knees every time I had to walk down it.There were no lights on outside when I got in about 9 pm. The motion detector lights came on, but a little late on the porch area to walk to door. I needed to turn my flashlight on my phone which isn’t the best, but gave me a little bit more light.I still would consider staying there again, only if I could turn the thermostat to 65 degrees or so to get a better night’s sleep. I think 67 - 68 degrees for the warm afternoons would feel better.

Terrible property and hosts. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We've been using VRBO for many years. This is the only property we left early. The main problem is the listing falsely states the bed is a king bed. It is a very uncomfortable full-size bed. We tried for two nights to stick it out but were not able to get a good night sleep. We asked for a partial refund since we were only able to use 2 our 8 days due to the bed being so uncomfortable. They owners didn't say they were sorry they lied on the listing or anything, they just stopped responding completely.The check in directions were confusing, stating "find a wooden door open...follow the hallway to the end". The door was a gate, and the hallway was walking outside of the property along the deck--i.e. not a hallway.The main living area floor is uneven tile which is a trip hazard. There is a large lip/trip hazard from the bedroom entrance due to no transition piece (see photo). There are no outlets in the living area near the table. I had to bring a long extension cord to be able to work at the table.There are holes in the ceiling and cracks in the wall in the living area. See photos.The couch is uncomfortable. The door handle is not secure and comes off in your hand.The main house photo is misleading, there is a huge steep uneven cracked driveway that you have to walk up and down to access the entrance. You have to park on the street. The only positive is that it was clean.
