Welcome to your new temporary home in the heart of South Tenerife! This cozy, recently renovated apartment with a touch of style is located close to all the services you need. Featuring one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 3 people, making it the ideal spot for couples or families.

The kitchen is practical and fully equipped for you to prepare your meals with ease. The modern and functional bathroom includes a shower. Additionally, you can enjoy a wonderful terrace with sea views, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. For your entertainment, the apartment includes a television and Wi-Fi, and the complex offers a refreshing swimming pool.

We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, whenever possible and arranged in advance. Please note that there is an extra charge of 20 euros for arrivals after 10:30 PM, and a 40 euro surcharge for arrivals after midnight.

The location is unbeatable: just 1 km from Aqualand, 2 km from Siam Park, 800 meters from Playa de la Pinta, and 900 meters from Puerto Colón. We are also only 19 km from Tenerife South Airport, with affordable taxis and excellent bus connections available.

In the area, you will find free street parking, as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and bars. You can also enjoy exciting activities such as jet ski rentals, whale and dolphin watching, swimming in the wild, and visiting the majestic Teide volcano.

The checking in and contact process was neither easy or straightforward. Sun Properties prefer using contact via whatsapp, Then the video sent giving lock box location and code was inaccurate, meaning a delay in getting into the property. extremely aggrevating start to the holiday break.
