Its strategic location to the south of the city centre and close to Atocha Station and the Méndez Álvaro interchange, allow for efficient and rapid connection with the rest of the city. Likewise, it is situated very close to important focal points of the city such as the Reina Sofía Museum, the Prado Museum, Madrid Planetarium and El Retiro Park.



The apartment:



This modern one-bedroom apartment is carefully designed to optimise and maintain a contemporary aesthetic.

Your American kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art utensils and appliances. The spacious living room features an elegant avant-garde design and includes a double sofa bed and Smart TV.



The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes and delicate modern décor, offering functionality, space and comfort to our guests. The flat also has a spacious full bathroom with shower.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.



The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of April, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.



To bear in mind:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.



Important: all check-ins to be carried out from 21:00 onwards have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.
