Family vacation

We were able to accommodate 4 families in one wonderful house. We were able to have areas to be together and yet there were spaces we could spread out to have quiet times. Kiki was a great host.

Amazing Views & House - Spectacular Property

We had a great stay at this house. There is so much room in here you could get lost, and everyone has tons of their own space. The views of the waterway are unbeatable. We had 3 couples and 3 children and everyone had so much fun and plenty of space. Kiki answered right away for any question I had. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Our favorite vacation

Our whole family meets at the house for Thanksgiving. We have grown kids and they love the pool area, fishing and kayaking. The house has plenty of room for everyone to hang out and cook. The host is wonderful and we always have a great time! The location is beyond beautiful with the infinity pool overlooking the canal. This years we saw dolphins everday!

Great place needs some work

Great property, great location. My group consensus was that the mattresses need to be replaced. They are worn out and generally uncomfortable. The pool heater never got the pool to a comfortable temperature in the 5 days that we stayed there.

Magnificent property

From the moment we walked in to this property we knew we had found some thing special. The house and grounds are gorgeous in every way. The water views from every room were incredible. We took my husband to celebrate his 60th birthday along with our children and grandchildren, party of 12. we spent five days at this house and pretty much never left. We enjoyed our time in the pool, the hot tub, fishing off the dock, kayaking and cooking all our meals in the well appointed kitchen. There was room for everyone to spread out. Everyone in our group commented on how wonderful this experience was. One of the great things about this house is that the property manager Kiki is never more than a text away if any issues came up. Thanks again to Kiki for allowing us to have this home for a fabulous family experience and to make new memories

Family time in Marco 2022

Beautiful home on Smokehouse Creek bay. Spacious, well-appointed. Incredible pool with view. Enjoyed morning coffee and many evenings on the lanai with grilling, water, sunsets. Great open family area around the kitchen. Took advantage of the kayaks, fishing gear. Nice dock served our boating well. One question came up with a prompt response from the owner, service and resolved within the hour. Thoroughly enjoyed our time, thank you.

Stunning property

The pictures from the pool do not do the property justice. It is spectacular. The southern exposure, infinity pool and palm trees create an incredible venue. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the sun in peace. The house is epic, but needs, as someone earlier described, some TLC.

The property is beautiful… The views are spectacular. The only thing the whole needs a little bit of TLC but it’s really not bad at all. Needs a little bit of updating and may be another queen bed instead of two rooms with bunkbeds and twin beds. Overall beautiful!

Great Place for Family Vacation

We are so thankful for getting the opportunity to have our entire family together in this beautiful Marco Island house with amazing bay-view setting and awesome pool and spa. Plenty of room for all with great kitchen area for family meals, numerous dining areas and patios. Property manager was very responsive and jumped on any issue immediately. We hope to return again in the future!

Wonderful Marco Island Family vacation

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house is incredibly well located, well stocked and large enough for our big family. The dock was an added bonus as we rented a boat to head to some nearby beaches. Kiki was a wonderful host and extremely responsive with all of our questions before and during our stay. She even took the time to mail back my husband's laptop which he left at the house, which we are obviously very grateful for! I would stay again at this house in a heartbeat. A+
