Nice house in the heart of Malaga with excellent access to the coast, harbour, Museums, shops, restaurants, churches and the cathedral, etc, all within an easy walk. Property is exactly as shown in the photos, spread over 4 floors and slept the 15 of us comfortably.
Cons - Noise. The road outside is 'squeaky'. Cars going round a corner at 5 kph sound like they're on a racetrack, and people seems to be outside talking loudly until 3.00am, so earplugs may be needed if your room is in the front. There are also only 2 toilets and 1 kitchen, so we had a bit of bathroom and cooking queueing. The property is older and in need of a little work to fix minor things like blinds not working, but frankly this is reflected in the price, I think, which was excellent value for money. We did have an issue in that the host rents this property out via various brokers who use different calendars and had us double booked on our first night, so there were 15 of us outside at 4.00pm with no-where to sleep. Fortunately, the booking agency (Vrbo, part of Expedia) covered the cost of a nearby 4* hotel for the night, and this was sorted within an hour and a half.
