Spacious (2450 sf) 4 bedroom walkout ranch located on the 10th and 11th holes of Betsie Valley Golf Course lot 90 on Crystal Mountain Resort. Within walking distance to all resort amenities
Home features include: 3 bedrooms on main floor with a 4th bedroom/bunk room in the finished walkout basement, 3 bathrooms all with showers or tub, fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, and coffee-maker, and many small appliances. All utensils you'll ever need. Wet bar with wine fridge just off kitchen. Brand new electric fireplace in dining room. Free high speed secure wireless internet(WiFi), Expanded cable flat screen cable TV's in the two living areas and master bedroom, central air-conditioning, 2 decks, fire pit, and charcoal and gas BBQ grill. Nintendo Wii with multiple games in the finished basement area. Propane provided. Starter toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body soap, body lotion, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent provided. Coffee and filters provided. All linens and towels clean and in house for your use. Of course beds are made prior to your arrival. Brand new Samsung full size washer and dryer in basement for your use.

NOTE: Crystal Mountain Resort offers many amenities that are available to you, but they are not included in the rental price as this is a privately owned home on Crystal Mountain property.

This is an excellent property for smaller groups to enjoy fellowship while visiting the area. We are a repeat customer when we do golf trips at Arcadia. House is awesome, we cook for all (kitchen is great), and we relax by the firepit each evening, enjoying being on a par 3 hole. Very quiet and the stars are amazing at night! Walking access to amenities of Crystal Mountain Resort as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Spacious & well-appropriated accommodations worked out well for us and our 3 adult children and spouses/SO.Everything was clean and we appreciated having 3 full bathrooms. Nice big dining table that 8 of us fit around easily. Enjoyed the foosball table - although we had to be careful as it seems to be getting fragile!We spent one day in Frankfort - beach, Storm Cloud Brewing. Spent one day going to Old Mission Lighthouse and then visiting several wineries on our way back down the peninsula and into Traverse City for dinner.Would stay here again.

Excellent for a Ski Weekend!

The home was beautiful and true to listing. The setup allowed for big family meals and plenty of room to hangout. The basement was perfect. We are already planning our next trip!

We had a great stay! The kids in our group (ages 10-14) loved having their own space downstairs, which the adults appreciated too. There are 3 bathrooms each with showers which was a huge plus. Everything was clean and well stocked with extra bedding/pillows, paper towels/garbage bags etc and even a cupboard full of games. No details left unturned! Oh and the owner was very responsive to any questions! Highly recommend this house!

Second stay, same great experience!

This property is convenient to Crystal Mountain, Crystal Lake, Bear Lake, and Lake Michigan. Our group spent 5 nights here each of the last two summers. Since last year, there have been some improvements to the property. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Crystal a Bear is the place to stay

Our family felt right at home at Crystal Bear during our stay. This home has everything you need for a fun-filled weekend at Crystal Mountain- it’s updated and clean, very spacious and has a well-stocked kitchen with everything you could need- it even had Msalt seasoning for visitors to use, bonus in my book. Crystal Bear is a great rental choice when heading to Crystal Mountain during any season. Enjoy!

We loved this home! So much space for the kids and hanging out! Amazing huge backyard! Everything was amazing! My only suggestion would be cork screw and pizza cutter. Other then that everything you could possibly need and more!!

Cozy, warm, comfortable and convenient

I vacationed here with my three children. It was a fabulous stay. The house was warm, comfortable, spotless and had everything we needed. The house was so close to the ski hill, it made the ski vacation that much more enjoyable. We even came home for lunch and went back out to ski after. The house was obviously well maintained and attention given to all details of our stay. It felt like home, without the work :-)

Great ski weekend

We stayed here with some friends for Super Bowl weekend. The house was spacious with plenty of room to sleep. Multiple bunks in the basement was great for the kids. Everything you needed was available . The shuttle service comes to this house at Crystal. We had a great time with our friends and would definitely rent this property again. Can't wait to try it during the summer.

Lovely home!

We have a very enjoyable time at The Crystal Bear Escape! More than ample space for our two families (8 in total), furnished with just about everything you could need (including gaming system for the kids, air hockey table, board games, hd TV and wifi), and located just a quick drive (or shuttle ride, included) to the slopes. Very comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, and some coffee provided all that was really needed for everyone to concur the day ahead! Enjoy!

House was very clean, with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking as we cooked breakfast twice. Bathrooms were very tidy and clean. Plenty is space for all 4 of us. Spacious Home

Older spacious home that was perfect for our family of 5 to spread out! The game room downstairs was fun. It was a great location for our travels to Frankfort, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Glen Arbor. Our family enjoyed the fire pit and the home was supplied with everything you need.
