Cosy living room with a high-quality double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, kitchen complete with appliances and utensils, dining table for 4 people and large windows that illuminate the room.
Modern bathroom with large shower, hairdryer, welcome kit, space for storing personal belongings and good natural ventilation.
Functional hallway connecting the bedroom, bathroom and living room, allowing for smooth movement and offering additional space for storing shoes or jackets.
Balcony with pleasant open views of the hills, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
Private parking located within the condominium courtyard, easily accessible and suitable for any type of car.
In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.
Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.
There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. It is important to inform guests that, in accordance with Italian law, we cannot provide any type of food, including oil, salt and pepper. This is a professional flat and we strictly follow Italian regulations.
Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if it were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.
