The apartment offers a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking enthusiasts, where you can unfold your culinary skills. Terrace with tables and barbecue. Enjoy warm summer evenings in the lovely patio equipped with a gas barbecue - an ideal setting for cosy family barbecues. You can also bring your dog on holiday. The apartment has three spacious rooms, all furnished with comfortable double beds, making it perfect for families or couples. The modern and cosy decor ensures that you'll immediately feel at home and in the holiday mood. There is also underfloor heating to keep your feet warm in the cold months, as well as solar energy, adding a sustainable element to your holiday. Please note that we do not accept youth groups. With two free parking spaces, there is always room for your vehicle. Parking conditions: Car park at the house on the road, if parking is done in the driveway it must be agreed with the owner.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
