A modern contemporary two-bedroom holiday destination with fabulous rural views from expansive picture windows across the raised decking external seating area. Close to Dartmoor, Alder vineyard and a lovely pub close by.. 8 steps to entrance.

An open plan, detached lodge sleeping up to four guests, with two double bedrooms, one housing a kingsize bed, a further kingsize zip and link bed for flexibility in the second bedroom. You have two large en-suite shower rooms with heated towel rails, power showers and vanity units for storage. The open plan living area welcomes the countryside inside, with beautiful views of Alder Vineyard, Lew Valley and Dartmoor beyond, through floor to ceiling patio doors that open to the wrap around large decking space. There is a wood burner with a basket of wood supplied, more is available to be purchased from the farmhouse if needed; you can also purchase some local produce to prepare a meal in the fully fitted kitchen area.
This is an ideal spot for exploring the surrounding area of Dartmoor, many historic towns and villages and a visit to Alder Vineyard for a guided tour is a must to get to know your neighbours. You have a sheltered space if you are bringing along your bicycles; if you are planning some leisurely excursions into the countryside, there is also a utility/boot room as you first enter the property. There are a number of steps leading up from the dedicated parking space.
