Elegant modern apartment located just behind Bergamo\'s new Chorus Life complex. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating up to six people. The terrace is a private oasis with sun loungers, a dining table and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The designer interiors, with attention to detail, offer comfort and style in a quiet but central location.
The apartment features:
Bedroom 1 (double with en suite bathroom):
Elegant and bright, with a double bed, modern furnishings and a spacious wardrobe. It has a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, wall-mounted sink and designer finishes. A private and comfortable space.
Bedroom 2 (double):
Cosy and minimalist in style, it is furnished with a double bed and is located next to the second bathroom. Ideal for a couple or additional guests, it offers space and comfort in a modern setting.
Bathroom 1 (en suite):
Located inside the master bedroom, it features a large shower cubicle, modern furnishings and relaxing colours. Perfect for those seeking privacy and comfort.
Bathroom 2:
Adjacent to the second bedroom, it is accessible from the corridor connecting the rooms. Complete with shower, sink and toilet, it is ideal for guests or for everyday use.
Corridor:
Functional and well laid out, it connects the two bedrooms and the second bathroom. It also houses a practical built-in wardrobe with a concealed washing machine and dryer.
Living area (open space):
A large modern space combining the living room and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a comfortable dining table. The designer kitchen, with a peninsula and high chairs, is perfect for breakfasts and socialising.
Terrace:
Spacious and equipped with sun loungers, outdoor dining table and hot tub (available from March to October). An exclusive space to relax outdoors, enjoying total privacy and comfort.
Parking:
A private garage is also available for guests, perfect for parking your car in total safety and convenience.
In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.
Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.
There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.
IMPORTANT The hot tub on the terrace is available from 1 March to 31 October. During the winter months (November–February), the service is not available for technical and climatic reasons. In case of adverse weather conditions, availability may be temporarily suspended to ensure safety and quality of the experience.
