Pleasant in paradise

The overall stay was top notch. The service at the Ritz, for the most part was incredible. They tended to our needs, was friendly and courteous. The only service that wasn’t friendly was from the front desk. We asked for a late check at the front desk. The person attending the front desk told us that she couldn’t give us a later check and that our normal check out time was 11:00 am. We got a phone call in our room at 10:08 telling us we were late for our check out. After explaining to the person on the other end of the line what her associate told us, she went ahead and allowed us to check out at 11:00 but was very rude and reiterated at least five times that our checkout was 10:00 am. I went to check out at the front desk and had the same woman who called and she still had a snippy attitude about it.

Perfect Christmas getaway!

Amazing property! So much for the family to do and enjoy which made it hard for us to actually leave the resort! Wonderful staff and good food as well. Will definitely return!

Easy family vacation

The Ritz Carlton Club Residences were just as we expected—spacious and clean with easy access to the beach and pools. Dana at Dash Realty provided easy pre-departure check-in information and once on site, the Ritz staff was helpful and accommodating. No issues at all.
