The living room, filled with natural light, features a large modern sofa, a coffee table, and a dining area by the windows, creating the perfect space to relax or share moments together. It also includes a Smart TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick so you can enjoy your favorite content.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your daily stay, including a coffee maker, kettle, stove, microwave, and toaster, allowing you to prepare anything from a relaxed breakfast to full meals with ease.

The accommodation features one double bedroom and one single bedroom. The main bedroom offers a comfortable 1.80 m double bed, designed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, guaranteeing maximum comfort throughout the year.

To ensure peace and quiet despite being in the city center, the entire apartment is fitted with double-glazed windows, providing excellent sound insulation so you can relax and sleep well at night.

This place is perfectly located. Many restaurants, shops, and easy walking to the beach and castle. The host, Marcos, was excellent. Easy to work with, flexible, and great at communication before and during our stay. The layout was perfect for our family. One room for my husband and I with a large bed, a small room for my one son, and comfortable pull out sofa for the other. Would highly recommend staying here when you visit Alicante.
