Casa Mariposa is part of the Wanakaset biodiversity conservation project, which aims to enhance the local ecosystem by planting a wide variety of fruit trees, edible plants, and medicinal herbs. All rental profits are reinvested in this project, supporting the creation of a sustainable, diverse forest on the estate.

Although this listing is specifically for Casa Mariposa, the estate features two additional houses:

• Casa Rancho (520 m²) with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests.
• Casa Quetzal (130 m²) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 4 guests with beautiful nature views.
