The space
As a self-contained studio apartment, the amenities are exclusively for your own use; it has its own intercom system for admitting guests and you can come and go as you please.

The kitchenette consists of an integrated oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, sink and cupboard units. It is fully equipped with cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery, so you can make your own meals instead of always having to eat out (although there are takeaways and a good selection of restaurants within a 2 minute walk).

With WIFI internet, the studio apartment has a wall mounted Smart TV where you can access Amazon Prime, YouTube or plug in your own media device. There is also an Amazon Echo to help answer questions, research the internet or stream music.

With a small double pull-down wall-bed, the apartment is not only a perfect night time space but opens up to a sizeable room (3.52m x 3.08m) for relaxing or working during the day, with a comfy chair for lounging in front of the TV as well as a fold-away desk and chair for any working from home that needs to be done.

The bathroom includes an electric shower, heated towel hanger, W.C. and wash basin.

Free permit for on-street parking outside the studio apartment can be arranged in advance with the host.
