Description:
Casa do Negrinho pays homage to ‘Negrinho’, a well-known character in the village and the former owner of this picturesque stone house. So the project to restore it and keep his memory alive was born.
The recovery of several vacant agricultural plots was essential to creating a space for leisure, well-being and cosiness, where the swimming pool and the natural surroundings transform this place into a place for socialising, laughter and good cheer.
This accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a laundry area to support the barbecue area and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, built-in wardrobes and an access door to the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the silence of the place and relax on the outdoor sofas.
The exterior is a continuation of the interior space, which has endeavoured to maintain the design, highlighting the stone walls and niches so characteristic of these granite constructions. It also has an outdoor dining table and sofas and a table outside to enjoy the calm and the sunrise or the late afternoon.
