Copper Beech Lodge at Toppesfield Hall is made for families and groups of friends, offering space to be together with your own private hot tub, enclosed garden and plenty to enjoy on site.
Set within a peaceful area of woodland and surrounded by open fields, this is a stay where days are spent outdoors, children can play freely, and evenings naturally come together around the fire pit or in the hot tub under open skies.
There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained without leaving the grounds. Guests can enjoy a woodland sauna experience with cold drench shower and relaxation deck (available to book), a tennis and games court, indoor games room, bike hire, and open countryside walks straight from your lodge.
Dogs are very welcome, and with a fully enclosed garden (approx. 1.2m fencing), it’s an easy, relaxed stay for the whole group.
Inside, Copper Beech Lodge has been designed with sociable living in mind. The open-plan space brings everyone together, while large French doors open onto the garden — perfect for keeping an eye on children playing outside or moving easily between indoor and outdoor living.
Whether it’s long lunches at the picnic bench, BBQ dinners, a game of tennis, or simply time spent together away from busy routines, everything here is set up for shared experiences.
The village of Toppesfield is just an easy 8-minute walk away, with a dog-friendly pub, village shop, post office and park.
Located on the Essex/Suffolk border, Toppesfield Hall is perfectly placed for exploring nearby countryside villages — though many guests find there’s more than enough to enjoy right here.
