Property was nice overall. Great view. Mini mart downstairs is sorta run down. Clothes dryer is like a 10 hour ordeal. No complains tho. Very quiet.

Property has serious health and safety issues. No air conditioning and it's on the top floor and gets so hot that you can't stay iinside. Terrible manament no response.... Small useless fan provided by the owner. This is a scam property just to lure people in close to the Eiffel tower. Will complain about this to Expedia. This property should be removed as it doesn't meet the standards of Expedia!

Great, quiet, clean stay in Paris!

Pros:5 min walk to Passy train station, 10 min walk across the Seine.Comfy bed.Clean bathroom! (toilet is in a separate room, which is odd but charming).Clean everything, really. Super clean apartment.In-unit laundry (washer AND dryer).Elevator (small) so you don't have to walk 8 floors of stairs.Super quiet and peaceful.Awesome view of Eiffel tower from living room.Cons:No A/C (like a lot of places in the EU), but the April breeze was more than enough to stay comfy.Dryer took 3 to 4 hours to dry a load of laundry (not a big deal, but plan for it if you're in a rush to get laundry done).Summary: Awesome apartment. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, great shower, AMAZING view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room. In-unit washer/dryer was a huge plus. But most importantly, it was QUIET! A, would stay again.

Major Safety and Security IssuesUnauthorized Entry: On our second day, a stranger entered our locked apartment without notice or permission while we were inside with our 6-month-old baby. This person had keys and entered unannounced, terrifying my wife and child. We never received any explanation despite multiple attempts to contact the host.Unlivable Conditions: The 8th-floor apartment has no air conditioning and becomes dangerously hot (80F indoors). With no window screens, opening windows for relief lets in mosquitos and other insects. This creates an impossible choice between overheating or dealing with bug infestations - particularly concerning with an infant.Complete Lack of Communication: The host never responded to any of our messages, including requests for portable AC and urgent inquiries about the unauthorized entry. This left us feeling unsafe and abandoned.Additional ProblemsPrevious guest review warned of identical issues (excessive heat, no AC, unresponsive management)VRBO support initially dismissed concerns, then provided no resolution when serious problems aroseHad to abandon our stay early due to safety concernsNo refund provided despite documented safety violationsBottom LineThis property presents serious health and safety risks. The unauthorized entry alone makes this rental unsafe for families. Combined with unlivable temperature conditions and zero host communication, this represents everything wrong with vacation rentals.
