I am not one to give bad reviews but I think it’s worth mentioning that this property is not what is displayed on the add.The apartment is falling apart, it was cold and damp and could not get a hold of property manager to ask about heat.Having to lug your luggage to the 5th floor is not ideal either ( I’m aware that applies to many places in Europe) and bed was not comfortable at all.

If I could give you worse rating , I would. The parent was totally unacceptable. It’s even rad for one person. Impossible for two. Leaking bathroom doors , sluggish drain , so many flaws to write. The belville customer service was just as bad. Spent so much time on the phone. Every one of them was worse than the other. Please avoid this company. There are others that are honest and give you what they advertise and would be much more fair if problem arises. If you give this company one dollar or euro, there will be no refund or adjustment even if the place was inhabitable.
